Half of a woodfired sourdough Protein Pizza with our signature cheeky spicy chicken with protein mozzarella and our tomato sugo base.
Pizza base (WHEAT), tomato pizza sauce (tomatoes, garlic, herbs), grilled chicken breast, reduced fat mozzarella (MILK), red onion, mixed peppers.

Oven: Preheat to 190°C (170°C fan). Place the pizza directly on the middle oven rack or on a baking tray. Reheat for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the base is crispy. For an extra crispy base, put it straight on the rack with a tray underneath to catch any drips.
Air fryer: Preheat to 160°C. Place the pizza half in the basket — if it doesn't fit flat, you can cut it into slices. Reheat for 3–5 minutes. Keep the temperature a bit lower here because the cheese and toppings can burn quickly in an air fryer while the base is still warming through.
