Flour tortilla (WHEAT), grilled chicken breast, coleslaw (EGG, MUSTARD), low fat cheddar (MILK), red onion.

Oven: Preheat to 180°C (160°C fan). Wrap the chicken wrap loosely in foil to stop it drying out and keep the tortilla soft. Place on a baking tray and reheat for 10–12 minutes. If you want a bit of crispiness on the outside, open the foil for the last 2–3 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 160°C. Place the wrap in the basket seam-side down so it doesn't unravel. Reheat for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway through. The air fryer will give you a slightly toasted, crispy tortilla which works really well. Keep the temperature moderate to avoid the outside burning before the filling is hot.
